I lead the Psychodiagnostic Unit at Arise Culture & People – focused on self-knowledge and personal leadership – and the training programme in Neuroleadership and Behavioural Modification. I have collaborated in different leadership projects with clients such as Uriach, HP, Cobega and Siro, among others.

I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. Trained in Health Psychology (San Vincent Medical Center, Los Angeles), Behavioural Modification Techniques and Bioinformation (The Drake Institute of Behavioural Medicine), I have extensive experience in the field of Psychodiagnosis and Neuroscience applied to personal and professional well-being.
