I am part of the Arise Culture & People management team and work as head of operations and international programmes. In addition to my executive functions, as a member of Arise, highlighted in the Strozzi Institute of San Francisco, I am at the European forefront of implementing the Somatic methodology applied to transformational leadership and coaching.

I am a certified CTI (Coaches Training Institute) coach; I graduated in leadership and organisational and relational systems (ORSC). Within the Somatic school, I have studied the leadership, trauma and resilience programmes and I am a graduate of the SITT 2017/18 programme. Attentive to form and meaning, I studied Philology at the University of Barcelona, have a Master’s degree in Business Management from the EADA Business School and apply my artistic and humanistic interests in all areas of my life.
